I took my ring in to get it size, they told me the ring was able to get sized down. When I get pick up it the ring was the exact size I wanted it to be, I ask if I can get extra gold that they cut out and was told by there employee that “the jewelry takes the gold out, sizes it and put the remaining gold that was took out to (size the ring) back into the ring and will remain the same gram weight, well I decided to weigh it in 3 different scales and my original weight (8.40g) didn’t show, it ended being (7g)…..
