Jason and Lourdes were amazing to work with! They helped me and my fiancée find our perfect wedding bands, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The selection was the best we had seen after shopping for a while, and they gave us an incredible discount. Both were so friendly, helpful, and fast with the entire process. I walked in and was helped right away by Jason which was pretty good salesman and gave a good price but the staff was very friendly and they get things done
Out of the whole mall, this store and zales are the only two stores that have real salespeople. And these guys beat zales in price. Jason and Natalie were kind, helpful and worked with me in my budget to get a beautiful set of earrings for my wife. They will have my return business and will be recommended to my friends.
I purchased a watch from this store and returned with a request not usually grated. However both Lourdes and Natalie both went above and beyond to help me resolve it and took great care of me.
