I like Dr. Valliani and her staff. Dr. Valliani cares for her patients. I only see her 2-3 times a year, and I understand that waiting patiently at the doctor's office can be challenging. They should consider finding time to remodel the waiting room to make it a nicer place or consider relocating altogether.

Her staff is incompetent. Walked in today and I had an appointment. They claim I never made one. I called a month ago to schedule one. And now I have to wait to see her. Not only that but I schedule an appointment and end up waiting over an hour beyond what was scheduled. I’m sorry but if my appointment is at 3:00 it better be at 3:00 and not an hour after.
