I just found out today from other doctors in the hospital that Dr. Stewart wrote defamatory lies on my mother's chart. Now I am having to deal with other doctors and nurses having to tell them the information Dr. Stewart wrote is not true (I have multiple pieces of evidence to prove that is the case). She has diagnosed my mom with conditions she does not have, which is extremely unprofessional and unethical, not to mention extremely dangerous.
