ex-staff As a nursing home I have seen them constantly short staffed. Even in the "new" dementia unit.Some times there is only one CNA physically on the unit.Nurse is outside the doors. One staff person is not enough on such a unit.Complaints are rarely taken seriously.It is no wonder they are in the midst of selling to another company.As well as 2 other sites. Do not go there.
friend of resident I had a complaint about a physical abuse and although the guidelines for doing a report by the upper management were followed.There was nothing done.The CNA was simply moved to another hallway in the facility.The complaintor's version was not believed as it apparently is an isolated case,I would not bring a loved one here as they seem to be more interested in maintaining their reputation.
not given proper care My grandmother was here and after 1 week of having back surgery she is now in icu and had to have emergancy surgery have drainage tubes in due to infection wich i believe to be neglect and they did not follow dr orders on rehab but wrote in records that this was done if it wasnt for my grandpa alerting the nurses to her decline in health they would not have notice until to late something needs to be done here. this place is awful
short workers an not to caring i would not recommend putting your loved one here, i used to work there an they are short staffed an while i was there they had a patient get out because their alarms weren't on an they had a couple of cna's hurt a patient by trying to transfer her wrong. this is not a safe place for a loved one.
