If I could give a zero I would. I would love to file actual charge against them for malpractice/ insurance fraud. I went in to an autonomic nervous system flare after a tilt table test I had done and was told to go by my cardiologist. They gave me the worst IV I’ve had in my life. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life they treat their patients like crap every worker is walking around with an attitude like they’re mad at the world! Would of put zero stars if I could; never coming here again.
I was going to use this facility for help with my suicidal intentions. Rachel at the front desk was kind enough to be of no help to me. Please fire this woman she will get somebody killed the way she handled my phone call. After I tried to call back to speak to a supervisor about this. She continued to ignore my phone calls. I will not stand with unprofessional behavior at a mental health facility. Absolutely hideous and disgusting behavior on Rachel's part.

I visited this hospital yesterday at 11:17 am to bring my younger sister in for care. Although 1 am 21, the front-desk staff insisted on contacting my mother for permission, which I completely understood. I provided her number immediately, and my mother called back as soon as she could, despite being at work. However, the staff members were rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction.
