I visited this hospital yesterday at 11:17 am to bring my younger sister in for care. Although 1 am 21, the front-desk staff insisted on contacting my mother for permission, which I completely understood. I provided her number immediately, and my mother called back as soon as she could, despite being at work. However, the staff members were rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Came here yesterday and I can’t believe how rude the front desk was . Been coming here for years and never experienced what I experienced yesterday. WOW don’t come to this hospital they laugh in your face , make rude remarks and just overall disrespectful. Made me so so uncomfortable!!! Even felt like just leaving before being checked out .
Very disappointing. This is the place smi /people petioned have to go to..you get a ankle bracelet upon arrival and all the pills u want! Sad part is no counseling ir groups..the drs. Know nothing about real health issues and if you advocate fir a loved one they are rude..be careful..and dont let your loved one come here. What a scam..involuntary..they want to petion and court order you to fill beds and make money.
