Went to call to make my first appointment and the patient center lady Maria was very rude did not want to hear me out cut me off and transferred me had no idea where I was being transferred to.. that should not be anyone’s first point of contact experience..
It's a good place to be if you have to be there. I pray you or your loved ones don't, but if they do, you're in good hands
Unfriendly and the young lady acted like she was confused to why i was walking in. I asked if i can make an appointment if they aren’t accepting walk ins .. she made a confused face and ask if i was even a client of valleywise .. instead of saying “sure i can help you set an appointment” .. mad she had to do her job or something I walked out so she can continue watching her show
