The receptionist hung up on me when I tried to spell out my son's name. She sounded frustrated at the spelling. I decided to spell it out slowly and I think she took offense to that, but she kept asking me to slow down while I was talking so I thought I was doing the right things. Thank you valleywise for showing me your clinic is going to be terrible.
