Unfriendly and the young lady acted like she was confused to why i was walking in. I asked if i can make an appointment if they aren’t accepting walk ins .. she made a confused face and ask if i was even a client of valleywise .. instead of saying “sure i can help you set an appointment” .. mad she had to do her job or something I walked out so she can continue watching her show
The receptionist Nidia was rude. She sounded frustrated for no apparent reason.
The receptionist hung up on me when I tried to spell out my son's name. She sounded frustrated at the spelling. I decided to spell it out slowly and I think she took offense to that, but she kept asking me to slow down while I was talking so I thought I was doing the right things. Thank you valleywise for showing me your clinic is going to be terrible.
