Originally, I had said this is a very good company that helped me find my pool leak and fixed it at minimal cost. But then he was helping me find a leak in my spa. He had asked me to find a company that could take off the jet heads, and when I found somebody in the head questions, all of a sudden, Ino totally dropped me. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Valley Wide had Robert come out to pinpoint a leak for $300. Since they don’t actually do any repairs, we hired a plumber to fix the leak. The plumber opened up a couple walls and tested the suspect water lines only to conclude that the leak was not where Valley Wide indicated. Since Valley Wide guarantees to pinpoint the leak or redo the detection at no charge, my sister and I tried through multiple phone messages and texts to get a redo. NO RESPONSE at all after 5 days. Cannot say enough good things about this company and it's owner Ino. I had used them before to find the leak in my pool. He went out of his way to find the replacement part to save me money. Otherwise I would have had to spend thousands of dollars to drill through the deck to fix it. I just called him again for a leak in my spa. Once again he came out found the leak and again went out of his way to get the part for me and to replace it. All of this was done in a professional timely efficient manner and at a reasonable price.... read more
