Super positive experience every time ive gone. Ive seen piles of negative reviews so i wanted to wait until ive been 5 or 6 times to be sure. I assume the bad reviews were from when the clinic had different employees or prior to a restructuring. Either way, ive had consistently friendly and fast service. Most recently, i came on for a referral to some testing that usually takes a year or more of waiting for specialists down in victoria. If you're looking to actually get medical help in the cvrd I would highly suggest visiting the chemainus urgent care centre! They're actually open as listed on the viha websites and have updated phone messages and signage, unlike this 'clinic', who can't even bother to print a new sign to let people know if they're actually open or not 🥰
Awful experience here. Had to miss a whole day of work just to get my form signed. Had to line up for 40 mins outside in the cold just to go in and get my appointment time, which the front desk lady decided it should be closer to the end of the day. If I had been able to go in right away I could’ve had a half day at work. Waited for almost an hour once I arrived for my appointment and it took the dr all of 20 seconds to sign my sheet.
