Building is a bit old but to be expected for the price point. Very clean and very friendly / helpful on site Superintendents. Staff instantly respond to the best of their ability to any issues with your unit including broken parts, pests, and others. Convenient access to Don Mills subway station and Peanut Plaza. Well maintained for its age.
Building needs to be manged well. Pest control and cleaning is a major issue.
