Endless wait at this clinic! Every visit they make you wait for an hour or more even after booking an appointment. The rudest receptionist you'll ever find! Every visit is very frustrating and the doc wont see you for more than 10 mins. The management needs to work on the receptionist and their attitude towards the patients. The appointment time has no meaning here.
Absolute worst experience. Having to wait one hour for an appointment. What's the point of booking one then?
I made a appointment to retain a family doctor at this clinic however I can't make the appointment but there is no phone service after 12pm on a business day to call and change the appointment. They don't answer in the morning hrs either! Now I have to drive there to change or cancel my appointment, I've decided on canceling because this is not professional at all.
I had a Pap smear about a month ago and it seemed like the receptionist was also a nurse practitioner? I guess she was shadowing Dr. Aluh. This was my first pap and I was really unsure how to put the cover up on. She stayed in my room while I was getting undressed… and didn’t tell me how to properly cover up with the sheets provided and seemed confused so when the doctor (male) came in and I was pretty exposed. Everytime I try to call and make an appointment i cant never get threw to talk to anyway. The phone service and front desk really needs a upgrade this service is very poor all the time
