Chris and Courtney were very very helpful and professional in taking care of my banking business
Decent place to do your banking business. Savings rates suck as all places right now locally. Customer service is ok but not the best. Friendly but nothing special! For example they say that they will match rates CD with anyone local and then don't. I just renewed a CD at 4.22% for two years and showed them others that were closer to 5% and they wouldn't match or go any higher. When it comes up again, I will be better prepared and will take my business somewhere else if needed!
