Good staff, nice to talk, reasonable price, recommend
I want to thank Valleyside Auto team for the fantastic job they did fixing the keyed scratch on the driver's side of my car. They were very helpful by offering to pick up and drop off the car, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They kept me updated during the whole process and even did a little extra touch-up paint on the back bumper for free. TAHNKS A LOT!
Today, Emma delivered my car that was repaired at Valleyside Auto. I'm very happy with the workmanship and the cost was reasonable. From start to finish, communication was honest and efficient. I'm so glad to find this body shop online! I highly recommend their service.
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this body shop,they had a lack of communication and coordination from the first visit and the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns, and the manager was very rude, unprofessional and had no manner communicating with clients, when we asked about the process of paint job, he refused and said you don't have a right to ask and refused to give our car key back and locked us outside. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BODYSHOP TO YOU AT ALL DUE TO THE EXTREMELY POOR BEHAVIOR OF THE OWNER AND STAFF. My wife owns an Audi Q5 that was damaged on the driver's side and rear door due to an accident. After conducting online research and asking friends for recommendations, we ultimately chose this place. The bodyshop told us that these two doors need to be replaced.
