A hole-in-the-wall bakery almost brought me to tears. I've been gluten free for about 10 years now. I have found when bakeries have gluten free items they tend to be dairy free, vegan, paleo, keto, etc. Not that thats wrong, but sometimes I just want a good, gluten free goodie I can trust. My search for a good bakery was recently reignited due to a dear friend being diagnosed with celiac, and she was really struggling with the diet change!
