I wouldn't live here if you paid me!!! I toured two 2-bedrooms last week in this complex and they were probably the worst looking units I've ever seen. The building lobby felt like a police station, the hallways' starkness and echoes reminded me of a dungeon. The units themselves were like visiting a junkyard: trash everywhere, everything in disrepair, outdated fixtures and appliances. Have been here for 5 years since it opened. And the property management has definitely gotten better. We have had many issues in the past but over the last year management has been more responsive. We get our maintenance request filled in a timely manner. They do their best to keep it clean definitely a turn around from the first couple of years living here. My family and I have been living here for four years, and Shay is the best property manager we have ever had at Valley High Flats. Shay Brown goes above and beyond for all our residents. The property is always clean, well maintained, and the maintenance staff is so courtesy and takes care of any issues right away. She made my experience at Valleyhigh Apartments even more impressive.
Valleyhigh flats was my home for 2 amazing years! The property by itself is great! But I will love to write something for Shay! The property manager, she is amazing, she cares about the tenants! me and my family have been living at valleyhigh flats for the last 3 years, it was rough the first year, but the new manager Shay is the best. Shay enforces the rules.
