Very nice place to live. Great location and well kept. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable apartment.
I’ve lived here for almost two years. And I think the first year was definitely better than the second. Management isn’t as good as it used to be but for the price it’s hard to beat. Cons The new manager isn’t very friendly. He sent us a letter saying that this was their second notice of how we didn’t complete paperwork required by the IRS needing us to attend appointments. I want to start out by saying if your looking for a quiet, well kept, affordable apartment. Northern Heights apartments is a great place. I worked with Property manager Shay Brown and I felt very comfortable working with her. She was very kind and professional. She is on top of her job doing her best to help her tenant's. She really went above and beyond helping to get all my paperwork done in a short efficient amount of time. Thank you for everything Shay Brown!! We really appreciate you here!!
