Roaches, roaches, and more roaches. If you’re thinking about renting or renewing your lease here, think twice. I’ve dealt with an ongoing roach problem that has made me worry about my furniture, clothes, and appliances. I asked to be released from my lease because of the infestation, but management refused to waive the lease termination fees. This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had.
I wouldn't live here if you paid me!!! I toured two 2-bedrooms last week in this complex and they were probably the worst looking units I've ever seen. The building lobby felt like a police station, the hallways' starkness and echoes reminded me of a dungeon. The units themselves were like visiting a junkyard: trash everywhere, everything in disrepair, outdated fixtures and appliances. Valleyhigh flats was my home for 2 amazing years! The property by itself is great! But I will love to write something for Shay! The property manager, she is amazing, she cares about the tenants! She does her best to maintain a good communication, organización and the building clean! 100% recommended! Thanks for everything Shay!
me and my family have been living at valleyhigh flats for the last 3 years, it was rough the first year, but the new manager Shay is the best. Shay enforces the rules. Shay is very welcoming and always has a smile on her face. Shay loves the kids and my kids love her! i am moving next summer and i will miss her. Thank you Shay keep being you. We needed you here!
