Jasmine is the most helpful person I've encountered while apartment searching. I've encountered many leasing agents at other places that don't even treat me like a person, but Jasmine is the exact opposite. First time I called she was nice on the phone and immediately offered to give me a tour, she's kindly answered my countless questions about the complex and the application process, she's on top of things at the office and she's a big part of why I'm moving here!
So your telling me these apartments are going for $899 now but they are charging current tenants 1200 plus for the same units, talk about taking advantage of people. Then they're offering one month free rent, wheres the free rent for the tenants who've been living here for years. Apartment renting is a joke if they can just fluctuate the rates like that, charging what they should have been charging in the first place.
