I had a hot water leak and two plumbers were unable to fix it. I didn't have running water for two days. Valley1 scheduled the appointment for the same day and the plumber arrived within the scheduled window. He explained the issue, described what would need to be done to fix it, and that he would make sure I had running water before he left. He fixed the leak, replaced parts, and reassembled my tub fixture. The plumber was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!
I have had the pleasure of having my home serviced, in the past as well as the present, from Valley One Maintenance. Ebony first and foremost is a pleasure to speak with at the office, very accommodating and knowledgeable to say the least. I recently had a leak in my living room ceiling and had the pleasure to work with Valley One.
