Donna DelFavero is the "property manager" - I've witnessed her screaming and yelling at people like an unhinged woman who can't control herself.
I’ve lived here since 1988 and I couldn’t find better neighbors or a better Well kept up condo.
Donna Delfavero who's a member of the HOA and community doesn't understand the difference between what an owner is responsible for and what the HOA is responsible for and will scream in your ear / become unhinged when you try to communicate. Which is shocking because when you google her name, she has an entire bio on her Catholic conversion. What is a nearly 90 year old woman doing handling anything in the first place.
Run from this property. I relocated from out of state and was warned regarding “meddling old ladies with nothing to do all day” , which doesn’t even begin to describe my experience . IResidents are only permitted to have a dog if documentation from a medical doctor are provided, to the HOA. I provided all required documentation , including registration and vaccination records. These people lost their minds when my dog barked, tried to tell me that I couldn’t park in front of my building, and even a male “visitor” physically ... read more
