Run from this property. I relocated from out of state and was warned regarding “meddling old ladies with nothing to do all day” , which doesn’t even begin to describe my experience . IResidents are only permitted to have a dog if documentation from a medical doctor are provided, to the HOA. I provided all required documentation , including registration and vaccination records.
