Horrible customer service from receptionists and office manager. I had an appointment scheduled yesterday and I don't plan to ever return. I left humiliated and in tears. I think that Dr. Disandro is an excellent OBGYN and very knowledgeable physician. However, I cannot and will not ever set foot back in that office. How you treat people matters.

Horrible customer service. Always on hold waiting for someone to answer -at least 20 min. If you ever want your records they make it almost impossible! They lose faxes, take 2 weeks to get info and never tell you if they don’t have the info they need. Spoke with Karen the supervisor many times and told that it’s my responsibility-No it’s not! It’s called customer service! Make sure before you leave a visit that you get a copy of all results if you do go. Also Dr. Cahill didn’t do proper testing and now I’m facing cancer! You... read more
RecommendedThese are some of the best doctors I have ever met. I’ve worked with pretty much everyone at the practice while I was In the hospital induced for my first baby. Dr. Denham and Dr. Haddad are unbelievable!
It is Monday, you don’t answer the phone or respond to faxes from last week. At first I was upset with my pharmacy, but now I can see that the obvious problem is you.
when I call for help, Dr haddad told me that's not his problem, and hung up the phone. what kind Dr. turns away their patients when they need them.

I've had Dr. Denham for 8 years. She is an ABSOLUTLY AMAZING doctor.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! Karen continues to lie about sending my records to cover up her lazy demeanor. After I was assured it was done a week later they covered each other lies. Dr Hadad and Lanique are amazing and it's too bad that their office is being runner by someone who clearly needs to retire!
