If I wasn't already 31 weeks pregnant I would switch doctors. I waited 25 mins for a 10 minute appointment and when I asked the receptionist how long I should expect until they called me in, she told me the midwife I was seeing was about 1 hour behind. Were they just never going to tell me this and let me wait an hour? The receptionist acted annoyed and as if I was bothering her when I told her I couldn't wait. Tiffany Spencer was very knowledgeable about perimenopause/menopause. She listened to my concerns and helped me determine the best course of action. I was so happy to have a healthcare provider listen to me and not say, “yup, that is normal for your stage in life.”
Dr Parker is the best but the front desk staff are the worse idk if is just me but every time I approach to ask a question they literally roll up their eyes in front of me like I’m annoying them, to me that service is disgusting and unacceptable
