Been waiting for over 35 minutes to see my provider. No apology or notification to let me know the delay. This is completely unacceptable. Will look into changing doctors.

The nurses are nice but the secretary that was in the front desk was horrible. Felt like we were bothering her. The loud sighs when we ask her questions. Im writing this review late. Our visit was around August to September 2024. But man, whoever that girl at the front desk, she needs to be better

My wife was a frequent client here and she loves the doctor. The problem is the admin team. She updated her insurance when she arrived, but everything was submitted to our expired plan. After consulting our insurance provider about $1100 bill for routine care, we were told that this office is having frequent issues where despite updating insurance, they print out outdated information and submit it to the old provider. Trying to get in touch with anyone at the office is impossible. Everytime I go in I leave feeling horrible the staff rushes through things and I’ve been waiting over a month to hear back about results. If you want good healthcare this is not the place.

My 29 year old daughter found a lump in her breast and got the first available opening the next day. Her apt was with Jessie Chischillie in the Saratoga Springs office. Jessie felt the lump and told my daughter not to worry about it because she was young Thank goodness she didn’t listen and insisted on imaging. After a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy my daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer.
