Front office staff is super rude. I walked in said hi and they were all looking at me with a disgusted face and didn’t reply, they only asked “how can I help you” I gave them my ID card and said “oh we need to reschedule bc you’re results are not here” after I had talked to a guy and he confirmed my results were faxed over to them from my first gyn and having a mail confirmation that my results were faxed. I came all the way from Qatar and had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Mirna and her team. She went above and beyond to help me during my time in the U.S., and I’m truly grateful for all her support. She helped me tremendously with getting the medication I needed, arranging the necessary imaging, and making sure I felt supported and cared for throughout the process. Valley Women’s Care is by far the most successful experience I have had medically. Dr. Mirna is so knowledgeable in all aspects of women’s health. I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at this clinic. Early in my pregnancy, I raised serious concerns regarding specific symptoms and explicitly asked about the potential need for a cervical cerclage. Instead of addressing my medical concerns with professional care or running the necessary assessments, the provider completely dismissed me.
