Great providers, difficult office staff. LOVE DR GHER! Impeccable expertise, so personable and reassuring. Office staff tends to have a general bad attitude in their roles, as if everything and everyone bothers them. Theyve been very rude in any of my interactions w them, and often make huge mistakes w paperwork/billing involved. Fortunately, I found Dr Gher in practice across the street @ Lilac obgyn. Really happy with my choice in switching clinics.
The providers are fine, friendly for the most part. The billing is shady and mistrusting. I switched to this practice during my first pregnancy and everything was great. On my second pregnancy now and they automatically enroll you in a global payment plan without talking to you about it, which I did not have with my first. In fact I got the bill for upfront payment and still have not gotten the explanation of a "monthly payment plan." Having the OPTION of a payment plan is nice, but requiring payment for services not rendere... read more
