This place is overall great! As a small business owner myself, Great Customer Service is very important to me and this place has exactly that. Veronica is very welcoming and knowledgeable when I had a question. She even helped me with the door and offered to help me carry my items to my car! The owner Ralph is also very knowledgeable and a great guy. There's a new person now and she's nice as well. They are very well stocked and always have what I'm looking for. They stock the good stuff that us smaller companies use. Hard to find items where right there on the shelves.
