Norm Schendel was a horrible property manager with terrible interpersonal skills and poor professional communication. He used vulgar language with me and enjoyed using a sarcastic tone in multiple conversations while failing to take any personal or professional responsibility of his actions. It got to the point where I wanted all conversations via text or e- mail so I could have a paper trail of the misconduct. As a Leasee, I am completely disgusted by the way I have been treated by Norm and Valley Wide Homes Property Management Company. I have Wished that Fox Properties was still the Property Management Company. Lies have been told about me from the on site apartment manager Joey, and with those lies, Norm has given me Eviction Notices, and one notice after another, I’m looking So Forward to getting out of this apartment complex. As much as i hate to leaving low review, as much i need to share my experience. Unfortunately Valley wide homes was managing my property for 2 months during which the house was vacant and they failed to get a tenant in a timely manner. They weren’t proactive about adjusting the price on the market. I had to call and give recommendations routinely and at the end I switched to a different company. Beside from that they were very respectful and responsive throughout the process
Hello, this might be quick in writing my review since I've only been using them a short time but wanted to share my experience to date. I signed with Valley Wide in February and within 3 weeks had a renter in my property. Norm has been great with following up with questions or concerns. Being this was my first time using a property management company, Norm was patient with me as I asked all of my questions.
