RecommendedBrought an old machine that was given to me for a new presser foot and possibly a tune-up. Brandi looked at it on the spot, did some light cleaning/oiling, and said it was still in good shape! She also gave me tips on working with the machine. I'm new to sewing so it was very helpful! When I'm really in need of a tune-up I will come back to Valley West.

Another repair center had broken something on my machine so I took it into Valley West and they replaced the part on the spot and charged me only for parts. I totally trust them. They know sewing machines and they are more than fair.

I am so impressed with this place!!! I brought my grandma's sewing machine in for what I thought was going to be impossible to repair & this place fixed it within minutes!!! I highly recommend! thank you sooo much!
Great sales and service. Dropped in today for a minor repair and Brandi fixed it on the spot. Not only did she fix it, she showed me how to do it myself next time. And gave me a few additional pointers. Since I purchased the machine from them, she didn’t charge me. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’ve gone to them for years for sewing machine cleaning, maintenance and repair! They are the best. I have always received great customer service from friendly, knowledgeable staff. I now buy my machines from them.
