My partner lives here and this place is a nightmare. Twice they have towed our cars between 2-4am because we arrived after business hours and when we went to get a parking permit the minute the office opened in the morning we found out the cars were towed in the middle of the night. The lady in the office is awful. They treat residents like it’s college dorms and find any reason to charge fines. Do not live here.
I have been a tenant at Valley West Apartments, and in my experience, management has made the rent payment process unnecessarily stressful. In August, I hand-delivered my rent on the 4th day of the month, but management still insisted I pay by money order. The lease itself says this requirement only applies if rent is paid after the 5th day, so I was surprised when they ignored their own lease language.
