Best Vet we have ever used. Dr. Holtzclaw is very knowledgeable. He treats our dog with respect. Always on time answers all questions outstanding practice. Everyone is friendly. Knows our dogs name. Cannot say enough good things about this practice
Tony Holtzclaw nearly decapitated my cat and sent it for a rabies check because this vet either doesn't understand how the law applies when a client's cat is not up to date on his rabies vaccine, and bites the client (while trying to escape the confines of a carrier.) Or, Holtzclaw is something out of a Stephen King book, and simply enjoys decapitating animals. I have been a client for years. I took my 9 week old puppy in yesterday and the service was less than desirable. The last time I was in the office was in February of this year when we had to have our 12 year old dog put to sleep…so even going into the office was hard for me. I expected great customer service and a caring staff. I got neither. No one welcomed us. No one acted like they wanted us to be there.
