Purchased used 2018 Wrangler JK with 23,000 miles. I had to travel 140 miles to the location to view. I called ahead and they assured me the would hold the car for me. (I sent a pic of a ck made payable to them to let them know I was a serious buyer) Smooth transaction with Cody. They stayed late to service me on the weekend as well as the service tech because I said the brakes felt funny as they mentioned new brakes were put on. Everyone was welcoming and nice. Worst service Ive ever been to . No loaner … takes forever to fix a a car .
Bad experience , car was in a shop for a week and they promised me to call back .. never did.
They were honest with me and nice I just need a new remote fob so didn't cost me a thing yet
