Worst Park and management team I've ever dealt with. If your answer is avoidance, as far as taking care of your tenants, you're doing a great job. Phone number doesn't work, upper management doesn't reply to email,park manager doesn't know what she's doing. No wonder why you're not with rated with the BBB. Your "group" of lawyers have my lawyer's name and number. Feel free to use it. I know I will be.

Community Paradise in Apache Junction is not Paradise after all! I bought this 1977 Villa Mobile Home in 2017 as my final home, in Paradise! In January of 2019 I signed a new lease and learn that the previous managers hadn't given me any lease at all. I also received my first copy of the standards for living.
