I lived here for 3.5 years. What a wonderful place to be! The property management staff is so welcoming and helpful anytime you need them. The facilities staff is very prompt with getting your requests done the same day or the next, never had to question them at all. Most importantly the neighbors in the community are great. They look out for each other and you become like family.

I have lived at apartment complexes over the past 30 years and Valley Vista was by far the best experience. The apartments are well built with amazing soundproofing, a secured entrance, and with highly responsive maintenance who are friendly as well. The apartments come with pre-installed blinds, a door to the balcony, an open floor plan from the kitchen to living room, it has a laundry in the apartment itself, and the bathroom is the largest I've ever had. I absolutely love living here. The complex is immaculate. The office staff is very friendly and maintenance issues are addressed within 24 hours. It is a safe environment and a great place to live!
