My family besides myself go here because of convenience, not anymore the front reception is very hard to deal with not respectful at all, they seem very annoyed as soon as you walk through the front door. If you don't like to deal with the public time for a career change
The staff are great!
My husband came here because he needs safety glasses. The company he deals with has 4 locations in the Sudbury area. This one was closest to home. Upon arrival to try on the safety glasses the lady seemed very annoyed that he tried on 4 different pairs. She told him they are just safety glasses just pick one. He wanted to make sure they would not fall off his face. After picking one and ordering it he called 2 weeks later to check and see if they were in as he needs them before his first day at his new position. The ignoranc... read more
Worst customer service ever! I do not recommend this establishment. There are tons of eye doctor offices out there. I would suggest you all try any other ones but this one. First of all, it is a busy office. I got stuck with this office because Dr. Beange took his pension. His office made you feel like you mattered. It was more of a private setting than this zoo. It takes 4 to 5 months for an appointment and once you're there you're processed like mules and if you need glasses it's a whole other slooooow process because they... read more
