Never had a problem with the company until today. Me and my son went in to get a pair of glasses. I picked out my son frames which were a plastic pair of frames. My son went in to pay for his frames and was given a metal pair of frames. I asked for a refund because at this point I pissed that there was a issue with both pair of frames. ALL EMPLOYEES WORKED TOGETHER TO LIE AND SAY THAT I PICKED OUT THE METAL PAIR OF FRAMES AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ( to be fair the owner was not working).
