Worst office if you need anything done quickly. Eye glasses, forms completed. The staff are not friendly nor accommodating...ever!
Writing prescriptions for contacts you cannot get a trial on is not acceptable. I was told in December if I paid the shipping the Doctor would get the trials and have them sent. After paying the shipping I never received the contacts. Called back in January to follow up as I paid for shipping and I was told this would be handled. No call back. Called February and was told they would look into it by Lisa and call me by the end of today as she saw the notes from December regarding shipping being paid, as well as January. I rec... read more
