I've had nothing but great experiences here. They do bring in virtual assistants which they let you know beforehand and this helps the doctor with giving the patient their full attention which I can appreciate! Front desk staff is Nice and personable and my Healthcare provider has been nothing but amazing!
It looks nice and clean. However, when you go to the doctor no one notifies you that they also use “virtual assistant” meaning you will be in a room with a doctor and someone looking at you from the computer screen. When I asked for the purpose the doctor told me “oh they just take notes for me”, so the person is not a doctor and just a PA. They don’t make you sign a release, they don’t tell you if they are recording and it made me felt very exposed.
