Rented a unit in June in anticipation of needing it. It's now August and getting ready to use it they claim there was a "glitch" in the system and they let someone else reserve it. I wait for them to call me back as they tell me they will fix it. They call me back and send me a updated bill (which I paid immediately) I load up my car and my kids to take a load to storage. This place has awful maintenance pretty much zero. Buildings leak and have mice and insects eating up everything. I had major water damage to all belongings. Called to speak with them they are not even in the same state. Barley speak English and would not honor a refund. Needless to say they didn't care about any of it. And I am not the only that has had these issues. I rented two buildings there both had same issues.

Very nice and polite, fast service from the lady. We have had a very good experience here our stuff was very safe and any issues we had was taken care of asap. Would definitely recommend to others.

The only good thing I have to say about this storage unit is how amazing Claudia is in the office, she is so sweet and is the only reason we stay at this storage unit.
