They did three houses that were close together. He was supposed to fix a slant on the roof and then I would come and see that it was done right and they would then roof it the next day. They roofed it the same day and did not fix the slant. He would not go out and fix the gutters he messed up. On one house they knocked the exhaust pipe off the water heater. It was luck that the tenant was up in the night and went to the laundry room and discovered it. The house is about 20 old so it would have to have a good hit to knock it ... read more
