The person who assisted with my mom’s intake was incredibly friendly and very informative. They took the time to answer every question we had, which made the process much easier and less stressful. Finding the right caregiver can sometimes feel like a gamble, but we already had someone in mind and were happy to learn it was possible to request them. If I could give this company a negative - 0, I would,this company is horrible 😫. As long as this company is getting paid nothing else matters,nothing. My dad is under this company and no one has call,set an appointment to come by, hasn't checked on the provider services or anything since last year.How could a company change their primary phone number without sending a letter or notice to their clients totally unprofessional. If you have a family member with this company hurry and leave!!!
They are liars. Mr. Anthony comes into home makes promises that are not kept. Office staff is unprofessional. They have providers that are rude. Please research this place first. VERY DISAPPOINTING
