We have gone to Valley View for a little over a year & I can say that the hygienists is wonderful , very friendly and kind. My son has a fear of dentists after falling as a toddler and he had to been seen at Children’s until all of his adult teeth came in, he is now 13. Our first few visits were ok but a few weeks ago he had a day of a toothache, which happened to fall on a Thursday & they are closed on Thursday and Friday. I called the office and left a message. We just had our two year old here today. They were so patient and kind with him. He doesn’t like the doctor so I didn’t anticipate his first visit going very well but they made it so manageable and comfortable for him. Thank you ladies!
My child is 3 and has a history of cancer and needing multiple procedures which has caused her a lot of trauma. She is terrified of doctors and dentists. We worked a lot a home to prepare her for today and her hygienist was WONDERFUL. she followed my daughters lead and allowed her to move slow. we finally got her into the chair for the first time ever at any medical office without significant tears and were about to brush her teeth when the dentist came in without zero patience and did not read the room causing my daughter t... read more
Erin, the dental assistant was wonderful with my kids and thoroughly answered any questions we had and gave reassurance to my kids when needed. The doctor who reviewed xrays and also saw my kids was also wonderful. Very helpful and comfortable environment.
