Expensive lot rent. Yard is holes weeds and sambers but you cant do anything to fix it.
Neighbors will call cps if you have kids if they don't like you, this happened numerous times to my family. It is probably one of the nicer trailer courts in kearney though. Lot rent is pretty high in my opinion especially for owning your own home, may as well just rent and not have to pay for repairs. I probably would never live there again personally.
