I was terrified, anxiety running through my body .. however, between Jennifer and Olga .. they calmed me down .. they were very patient with me .. and watching Jennifer helping with the computer .. I just had to think that she would make a great teacher .. she should shoot for the stars .. they are both keeper in my book .. and Dr. Franckum ... Was so very pleasant and I could tell he had my best interest in mind .. Thank-you to all the staff that serve our community .. Sincerely Diana Wilson
I will not recommend Valley View dental to anyone. I had a root left in and had to pay an oral surgeon (Valley View referral) 200.00 for anesthesia, which also was not submitted by prior auth for the state. I came in on 8/5/2016, and was told by Veronica that I would not be seen as an emergency or be seen at all today. She did not make a call to the back to see if Dr. Olsen (who left the root in) would see me. No one is listening or appearing to read their reviews.
