Woodland urgent care was closed so I drove to centralia valley view mind you they close at 6. I got here at 535 and the lady at the front counter tells me they only stay open until 6 in case someone passes out! There was no one in the lobby! Shame on you guys for turning someone away that probably would have taken 10 mins to see!
Very helpful and friendly staff who worked with me to see someone right away. Britney Allison is wonderful. She listens and takes time to work with you. Would recommend!
I went in for a molar extraction, the staff was very polite and helpful, explaining anything I needed and answering all of my questions. They worked with me on payments and were considerate of my needs as an individual. They were great across the board. Dr. Wu was quick and professional, the whole experience was a great one all things considered.
