Great place, always welcoming, efficient and nice.
Not being professionally trained as a counselor is no excuse to be un empathetic and distant when a patient comes in during an emotionally detrimental time in the patients life. All work and no bedside manor, that leaves impression that doctor's in hurry to just get to the next patient makes me less inclined to schedule an appointment for the next time I need help. Valley View Medical Center have an amazing staff. They are friendly and always ready to help. My provider, Faith is absolutely wonderful. She cares for and ready to answer any questions I may have.
Come here to get checked out by doctors and dentists, get immunizations, medications and lab work but keep in mind, if they take your insurance or what your insurance covers. The physicians, dentist, pharmacists & lab techs are all very patient, helpful, friendly and very professional, as well as respectful of you as a person no matter your gender or race.
I'd give them 0 stars if I could! It has taken 6 months to get an appointment! They have called and canceled every appointment they have made with us. We are now on our THIRD promised appointment hoping maybe this time they will be able to figure things out.
