I have never been so disappointed in a facility in my life! My mother-in-law has been left in wet poopy diapers! Dirty sheets on her bed. Soiled sheets left on her bed! She has been left in a wheelchair every single day where she cries in pain from discomfort. Do you think that they have put her in her recliner at our request? No! Her clothes had not been washed. Be Advised ! Do Not Place your loved ones at this facility Florida Corporate office runs this place and they don't think very highly of Alabama residents! You walk in they take your ID and Social Security without a Job offer! Word to the wise never out ID and Social Security card without a job offer! I have been a Reputable CNA for over 22 years and have never been gaslighted as I have at this facility! You can see their rating is below 3 for a good reason they treat their residents and staff very badly !

This is Taylor Coston I worked there 2 12/ weeks 3 months ago still haven’t got paid very unprofessional I worked there my supervisor told me to show up on day she was 3 hours late. Then was short staff after she was a good fast worker she got off early talking she had some important to do ma’am you was already late. I wouldn’t send my dog here they need to close down immediately they had rat shit every anyways
