I was here all of a month or less! The facility is not pick together as it should be! I got let go over a lie. It was one sided, they didn’t call me to ask questions or to see what happened they just believe tonya Henderson lie n fired me. They could’ve asked the class for proof but they didn’t. Tonya Henderson licked ppl out of classes for no reason. She let her position get to her hair
Although my husband stay was short, he recieved the best care. Tammy- and all the nusing staff were so helpful in his care. Sean, Megan and the PTand OT staff were remarkable in his therapy sessions. They all treated him with respect and went beyond. Thank you all. The facility was alwsys clean, evrry staff member was friendly.
I don’t know where to begin. Should I begin with how rude Candi is in the business office? She actually hung up on me as I was speaking to her. Or should I talk about how they delayed (or didn’t tell me) that my father was cleared to leave to go back to his AL facility and I accrued an additional $1900. My mother had two rings stolen. I know I should’ve taken them home with me, but one was her wedding band and the other was a birthstone ring her mother gave her when she was 17 and she never took them off.
