This is where I live for 33 years it's called valley view Ephrata Mobile home and it used to be valley view estates they changed the name so many times I can't remember half the time it would be a nicer place to live if it wouldn't be for the neighbor at 104 damaging my home and now she brings her trash cans from set them right in front of my at 10 at night and holds her disposables up in the air and dump some into her trash and from the rattling of the cans and bottles I jump up sometimes off the that's enough to give your ... read more
Not a good place to live and rent goes up every year for no reason . I would give it a zero if I could. Let’s criminals live next door to you and never fixes the problems in the neighborhood.
Everyone is friendly. It's a very quiet neighborhood. It's nicely kept as a whole community. I love it here.
