Make you pay for laundry and increase the prices, but it doesn't even dry your stuff properly. You also have to sign a specific paper for no smoking on the premise, yet that's all anybody does here and management allows it and it's literally all you can smell everytime you walk to your house. They also illegally changed the locks on me (spoke to an attorney) and in doing so they broke the inside door knob, so it comes off, and they have yet to come fix it.
Worst place I've ever stayed at. Upper management doesnt care about anyone.
Dog poop all over , the grass is burned from all the dogs not having a designated area, wood frames around doors rotting away, broken sump pumps laying out front, weeds all over. trash all over , playground and bike racks destroyed , broken blinds, driveway falling apart, and people have full on living rooms in the front door areas. It pains me to see it fall apart . It used to be nice. Metes and Bounds- DO BETTER! Residents deserve better than this for all of your raised rent rates with no improvements ! SHAMEFUL and SAD
It was nice when I first moved in but with the manager there it has turned awful. Over priced and there is no play ground for kids there. Wouldn’t recommend!! I’d give it 0 stars if I could
Do not rent from them!!! They are unprofessional and lie. I had a scheduled lease signing and two days prior was told that leasing agent didn't work there anymore was harassed to move my lease signing up but then when the "manager" got involved she screamed at me telling me my application was not approved yet and she was the only one who can approve them that other girl I was talking to was not even a manager and there is not a signing date and they "are by the book".
