Do not rent from them!!! They are unprofessional and lie. I had a scheduled lease signing and two days prior was told that leasing agent didn't work there anymore was harassed to move my lease signing up but then when the "manager" got involved she screamed at me telling me my application was not approved yet and she was the only one who can approve them that other girl I was talking to was not even a manager and there is not a signing date and they "are by the book". There is no communication, nobody knows who the manager is or where he or she is. They mark your car to be towed and when you reach out to resolve the issue they dont respond until after they already towed it 18 hours after you reached out. Update: (reply to reply): Hi Thank you for the reply however we dont have parking passes, You towed me because I had "expired liscense tabs" Even though there are 7 other vehicles with expired tabs in the same parking lot but you didnt tag or tow those. Valley View has been a great place to live, it truly is our own little friendly community in Byron. Kelly, Debra, and the maintenance staff have done a wonderful job taking care of the residents and getting things done.
Had to come back a do a new review since new management. The laundry rooms are filthy all the time. They aren’t weekly cleaned like they use to be. Maintenance doesn’t fix things in timely manner. The dumpsters are always so full because of furniture and such that you can’t even get your own garbage in there. You have to wait days upon days to get responses.
