This was my first time visit though it felt like I already had relationships with clinicVery Family like easy going, excellent services from front desk to techs and interns to Dentist. I can recommend to all those out there who loves to receive lovely welcome, best services/treatments plus care guidance!
I had a good experience at Valley View Dental. My previous Dentist said they couldn’t see me for 6 weeks when I needed an emergency Crown. Valley view saw me the day I walked in, and had the crown repair scheduled just 7 days later. Their staff had me on a waiting list and actually offered me an earlier Date, which I unfortunately couldn’t make, but I really appreciated them following up and trying. I’m going to be very direct about my experience because it was extremely frustrating. I had to cancel my son’s orthodontist appointment due to a work conflict. I clearly stated more than once that I understood the cancellation policy and that I was still willing to make the payment that same day. Payment was not the issue. What I needed were answers about scheduling. It's so cheesy but you really do leave the place with a smile From the queens at the front desk to their sweet dental hygienists at the back, their chill doctors and caring admin staff- this team takes great care of you, cares so much about you, and will show that care in ways you probably never had the expectations for from a dental clinic.
