Can’t even get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment. I’ve been calling for three days and have left several voicemails. They need more people in the office.
Outstanding! Although being a new patient, they accommodated me by getting me in the same day as my first phone call. I was having extreme nerve pain. After an exam, they determined that one of my molars was cracked. They promptly scheduled me to have some fillings placed in the injured tooth. The pain is gone. A few weeks later, and now I am able to chew some foods on that side of my mouth again. Dr. is excellent. Quick and efficient and caring. Very happy with the staff here.
Never answer the phone have to call 5 times minimum and they don't respond to voice-mails. Their computers are down and I've waited 20 minutes even though I showed up when their employees did for the day. I work nights and its really inconvenient that they woke me up yesterday with a phone call to confirm my appointment today at 730am just for then to not be ready for me. I just needed a cleaning I don't understand why you need the computers. Go old school and take a note and enter info later. The only reason why this isn't ... read more
