Valley View Casino in Southern California has serious security issues. We checked in their resort for 3 days. On the second day my 84 year old mom had two incidences. Her walker got stolen while she was playing with their slot machine and her casino ticket worth $209 was snatched from her hand. She shouted for help but nobody came. Mom said the guy looked like he has a gun tucked in his waist and a pocket knife in his hand. When mom called me up on her cellphone her voice was tremendously in distress! I am writing this after filing formal complaints with the United States Department of Justice to try to spread the word and get as much awareness as possible. On April 23 at about 4pm I tried to enter valley center casino and was denied access due to me having a service dog. I was pushed to the side and told he was not allowed to enter, when I politely explained that he was a service dog and needed him I was told they only allow service dogs for the blind and hard of hearing.
