I booked a cabin for July 24th, however 2 days after I booked, I found that both me and my fiance tested positive for COVID-19. I asked them for a refund, 2 days after booking, and they still took my $200 deposit. I understand that is their policy, but times are very tough and changing constantly, seemed like a very inhumane thing to do in that situation. However, they were very responsive and that is a plus.

The $200 deposit was not refunded but was given to you as a credit to come at a later stay. We are all trying to get through these uncertain times everyone is experiencing. My husband and I were married here just a few days ago! We had our ceremony in front of the beautiful outdoor fireplace. We stayed in the Morning Glory cabin and fell in love with it. Beautiful scenery and a beautiful cabin. We will absolutely be back! ❤️
we had a beautiful couple of days at the Lincoln cabin! the deck was great and the hot tub was a hit with my family. the tree canopy kept temps comfortable day and night. we will definitely be back!
We all loved the cabin we stayed in! I highly recommend staying in these cabins! Very clean an ready for us when we arrived!
